Meet Ken
Ken Allen brings everything he has to every transaction, striving to do his best for clients. He has been a license Real estate agent since 2011 and has been part of all kinds of situations in transactions that have prepared him well with a depth of experience that helps him guide clients well through the process.
He is not after the next quick sale, rather his goal is to offer expert, patient and fierce guidance for sellers and buyers and people who will be sellers or buyers in the near future. He has found that working with the best interests of clients in mind, yields the type of results that are meant to be. He finds negotiating on behalf of clients to be an adventure and a mission to do well.
He has experience with every kind of residential property, from luxury to investment properties. From high end urban condos to newer suburban homes and older homes, to remote mountain properties. He understands the unique challenges that each of these present and provides outstanding navigation of the process.
No matter what type of residential property Ken is helping clients with, they value his insights, preparation, strategic mindset, refined service and commitment to excellence throughout and after the contract process.
Ken grew up on the front range of Colorado, enjoying the mountains along the way, and has called Boulder County home since 1999. He and his wife Amanda are raising their four children and launching two young adults into the wild, while still raising the younger two through middle school and elementary school.
